Training and Costs

Initial Training

We provide three (3), two-hour (2 hour) sessions of virtual training for a total of six (6 hours) of sales training led by top Credit Union F&I Trainer, Craig Bertenshaw.

After the Initial Training, we do Ongoing Training:

Within 30 days of Initial Training – Individual/Small Group Attention

One-hour (1 hour) Zoom Training Sessions typically within 30 days of Initial Training Session. Lessons discuss real-life objections handling and reiteration of how to apply what your team members learned and how they are using it.

Every 90 days – Individual/Small Group Attention

One-hour (1 hour) in small groups. In these sessions we collectively share and identify if and how participants are using provided resources, materials and techniques needed to achieve maximum results for your institution, in the context of your core values and customers. These sessions are every 90 days.

As Needed Professional Learning

Sometimes team members require singular attention and individual one-on-one training sessions, this is all part of the service we provide.

Of course, as you hire new individuals or groups we will go through the same training process to insure success.

TRAINING OPTION 1:

SO HOW DOES “CU Trainer” GET PAID?

Initial & On-Going Training Cost to YOU = $0.00

CU Trainer only gets paid when you sell service contracts, GAP, & other products.

Small Cost

Typically, Credit Unions & Lenders have a very small mark up on product sales, so a small increase in product cost is how we get paid. This typically adds somewhere between .23 cents to $1.56 to your members/customers monthly payment, That is it!!!

.23 Cents

We charge a small cost per product/contract on Service Contracts, GAP & other products we train your team to sell. Instead of a $425 monthly payment, it might be a $425.23. The secret sauce is the training. Your sales team will be very comfortable offering products to your valued members.
